Terms of Purchase

Our warehouse is located in Chicago, IL (USA). All orders placed before 2pm CST ship out the same day Monday through Friday. Select products ship from partner facilities. We use the following shipping methods to deliver your order to the desired address:

USA Domestic shipping

​

USPS First Class Domestic (STANDARD MAIL) - Starting at $4.95 for standard shipping to anywhere within the United States. Shipping charge will increase with additional items and for heavier items such as books and food products. Orders shipped out using this method take within 5-10 business days to arrive.

​

UPS Ground with Tracking - Starting at $7.95 for standard shipping to anywhere within the United States. This price will increase with additional items and depending on weight of items. Orders shipped out using this method take within 3-7 business days to arrive.

International Shipping

​

USPS First Class International - $9.95 for standard shipping. This price will increase with additional items and depending on weight of items. Orders shipped out using this method take 7-14+ business days for delivery to Asia, Canada, Europe, and the Pacific. Some countries due to tight customs regulations may take up to 21-30 business days for delivery. Please note this shipping method cannot be tracked.

USPS Express International with Tracking - $29.95 for a standard order. This price will increase with additional items and depending on weight of items. Orders shipped out using this method take 3-7 business days for delivery to Canada and Europe, Asia and Pacific. This option is not available for orders containing some products.

​

Due to the introduction of the VAT scheme from 1st January 2021 we will no longer ship items to the UK.

Where is my package?

​

Occasionally, packages are returned to us as undeliverable. When the carrier returns an undeliverable package to us, we issue a full refund (including shipping charges). We are unable to reship orders that are returned to us as undeliverable. If you suspect your order cannot be delivered as addressed and you have not received confirmation of its return or refund after 4 weeks from the estimated delivery date, please contact us.

AU - Terms of Purchase

TERMS OF PURCHASE

Our dispatch center is located in Mooloolaba, QLD (AU). All orders are shipped within 24 hours, Monday through Friday. Select products ship from partner facilities. We use the Fastway & Australia Post shipping methods to deliver your order to the desired address.

Please double-check your address carefully when placing an order, we do not issue refunds or reship orders where addresses have been incorrectly entered upon ordering.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING

​

Packages delivered to metropolitan areas are sent via Fastway Couriers and are trackable. Deliveries to regional Australia are shipped via standard Australia Post service with tracking.

Refund Policy

The Food Matters Nutrition Certification Program, Food Matters Clean Eating Program and Food Matters Juice Detox

Our #1 priority is your happiness and success. We 100% stand by our programs, which means if you aren’t completely satisfied we’ll refund you the full purchase price if you contact our customer service team within 14 days of the purchase date. Refunds must be requested via email (enquiries@foodmatters.com) or Live Chat on our website and be received within the 14 day refund period. Refunds will only be processed via the same method and account that the original purchase was made.

Films & Books From The Food Matters Online Store

​

Food Matters maintains the following return policy for all of the Films & Books sold on this website. Refunds are issued under the following circumstances:

• Your package has not arrived after 6 weeks and the address for the order was correctly entered

• You are not happy with the product and it has been returned to our warehouse (minus shipping)

• Your package is returned to our warehouse as undeliverable

• Your item is damaged

Food Matters maintains the following return policy for all of the kitchen appliances on this website after attempting these troubleshooting tips. Returns or refunds, minus shipping, are issued under the following circumstances:

• Your package is returned to our warehouse as undeliverable

• You have a warranty claim

• Your goods arrive damaged
